SCPN (pronounced “skippin’”) unites parents committed to fostering a community that promotes thoughtful and faithful approaches to technology use within their families.
SCPN can help you launch and sustain a dynamic parent group at your child’s Catholic school, rooted in the witness of St. Carlo Acutis – a modern saint whose love for the Eucharist and intentional use of technology inspire us to navigate the digital world and the real world with faith and purpose.

Our mission
Inspired by St. Carlo Acutis,
We are a network of parents
United in building community, raising awareness, and sharing insights
As we navigate complex and personal decisions about devices and digital media
In an effort to protect and preserve childhood.
How to start a SCPN chapter at your child’s Catholic school

Step 1: Learn about St. Carlo Acutis
Our patron saint reminds us that what we really need right now is a renewed devotion to the Eucharist—something deeply personal and rooted in real, physical presence. It’s the perfect response to a digital culture that often pulls us away from real-life connection and the tangible world around us.

Step 2: Learn how screens challenge children’s well-being
Kids do not experience or respond to the online world the same way adults do.

Step 3: Learn more about SCPN

Step 4: Reach out to the principal
It is very helpful to be able to partner with your school’s administration.

Step 5: Announce the new chapter to your school community

Step 6: Meet with interested parents

Step 7: Do things!

Step 8: Register your chapter
